burn, baby burn!

I want to burn some fat! Okay, I'm not entirely a blob of fat rolling happily on, but I'm not a "knock-ye-down six-packer" either.

But boy, do I love them sweet things.

So, what's to do? I need to go on a diet - that I know- but which one? That's where you come in. Yes, you! You've got to help me! *sob* *sob* *sob*. I just wanna lose the tummy...and the laps...and the (oh, you get the drill).

Adivice, anyone?

yes darling, but only if you are brave of heart.

I give you the BEYONCE diet:

2 tablespoons of pure lemon juice
2 tablespoons of maple syrup
1/10 teaspoon of Cayenne Pepper
8 ounces of water

= 1 cup of miracle juice.

Drink 6 to 12 cups every day with nothing else (NO FOOD whatsoever, and perhaps a cup of water or two)

Drink for no more than seven to ten days to avoid shock and subsequent hospitalization.

Weight loss results vary but tend to fall within 7 to 15 pounds (or more)

Proceed with caution. Not at all for the faint hearted.

miracle juice ke? I bet I'll need a miracle to live after taking that.

@ Muse, I give u the PLAYER diet:

1 comfy king size bed preferably with silky mushy sheets
3 to 12 packs of rubber
1 very fine ass lady
6 to 10 fruits preferably strawberries
A can of whipped cream
5 to 10 days off work
A massive decent lock on the bedroom door.

= A very well toned man with the full works, yea biceps and all.

Do this everyday, no more than 3 to 4 in a day.

To avoid hospitalization or loss of air.

Proceed with caution. Not at all for the faint hearted.

that beyonce diet is bogus...

just cut out certain things...

my guilty pleasure it carbs...cutting out a little is an easy way to get rid of the tummy... I used to eat bread and some sort of potato everyday... now just by cutting it down to 2 days a week i have seen a change

just make slight changes in your diet and work out 3-4 times a week and you will see results
